Returns & Refunds:

~Refunds will be given (with the exception of custom made items) within 3 days of receiving the product.

~I do not accept returns on custom orders, but let's chat about what we can do to resolve any issues or concerns.

~Undamaged and unworn items will be refunded once the item has been received by Stone Willow.

~It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on all returns unless the product was damaged during postal delivery.

~Refunds will be made via the payment method if possible.

~Earring components that pierce the ear are non-refundable due to health concerns, therefore, a portion of the cost will not be refunded ($2 – $5 depending on earring component) .
